It is a non-public scientific and technological enterprise engaged in researching, developing, manufacturing and marketing safety belts, slings, and pipe clamps, which are widely used in Electric power, shipping, harbor, military, building, and other industries.
At present, the company has more than 60 employees, 14 of which are technicians, 1 is PHD, 1 is master, 2 are senior engineers, and 3 are engineers. The registered capital is ￥ 30.18 million, fixed original value of fixed assets is ￥17.4558 million, and circulating funds are ￥9.0321 million. Based on 4 standard plants covering 22,000 square meters, more than 160 production and inspection devices, the company is capable of producing more than 500,000 safety belts, 200,000 slings, and 15,000,000 sets of pipe clamps.
The company puts safety performance of product in the first place, and it has obtained authorized certifications of relevant departments. Our safety belts passed the national new product production appraisal in March 2003, obtained the third party certification of ISO9001:2000 quality system of CCS in 2005, and obtained the 14001-2004 environment management system certification and 28001-2001 occupation health safety management system certification in 2007. Our major product safety belts have got production license of national special protective articles and CE certification.

We select high-quality nylon, polyester, high polymer fiber and other chemical fibers as raw materials. Manjieke has invested more than ￥ 3 million in introducing ribbon looms of Switzerland, sewing machines of Japan, Haitian injection molding machine, and metal processing devices. We adopt international advanced weaving process of Switzerland. The company is major investigating and drafting unit in revising new national standard of safety belt. Our products are applied by national large-scale shipbuilding groups such as NACKS, SIPG, Shanghai Hudong Zhonghua, Waigaoqiao, DSIC, and Bohai Shipbuilding Heavy Industry, and by Liaoning Anshan Electric Tools Research Department. In order to improve product quality and to produce international first-class hardware devices, the company has invested a lot of money in purchasing international and domestic advanced production and inspection devices.
